The Postgraduate Program in Dynamics of Development in Semi-arid Region (PPGDiDeS) is linked to the organization chart of the Federal University of São Francisco Valley (UNIVASF) and is intended for the interdisciplinary training of professionals able to interpret and act not only on the technical dimension, but also in the economic, social, cultural and environmental dimensions, allowing the consolidation of skills and abilities to the understanding of social reality impacted by public and private organizations and social movements of the Semiarid; thereby complementing the technical, humanistic and interdisciplinary interfaces of graduates from different areas of knowledge that operate in the Semiarid region.
